The Balboa is a Tri-level kitchen with a drop down table and raised bar and table. We call this kitchen our family island because the drop down table is great for kids, a pass through for serving food, and a raised table that is a bar for the adults. This Kitchen seats 12 or more people and has a beer kegerator and cocktail station bar caddy. This system requires a 10' x 20' area. It can be placed on a concrete pad, tile, wood deck, brick, pavers, stone, or any other hard surface. It is great for large parties and comes with under counter lights and completely pre-wired electrical system.
